History

Built in 1929 the bakery in Yarram was formerly known as Wynnes Bakery, it had only 5 owners since 1926 and in 1929 Cecil Wynne and his brothers built the premises at 204 Commercial road.
On the August 1st 1994, Paul and Robyn Woods purchased what was then Gaulkes Bakery operated by John and Anglea Gaulke at 204 Commercial rd. Yarram. It was renamed the Yarram Bakery.
After refitting the former Yarram auction house at 222 Commercial road, the Yarram Bakery reopened on the 29th November 1997 at its new address.
The second Paul the Pieman Bakery outlet opened in Inverloch in December 2002, one of Victoria’s fastest growing seaside resorts.
